FAQs

How long and how much does delivery cost?

For the majority of the UK, it is free. However, there are some exceptions. Please type in your postcode below to find out a delivery date and cost.

What specific date should I expect my order to be delivered?

After placing your order, you will receive your order confirmation email containing an order reference, products ordered, shipping address and amount paid. We will allocate stock and email and text you to inform you of a delivery date.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all locations in UK mainland. We are unable to deliver in Northern Ireland, Ireland and some islets of Scotland.

What time do you deliver?

We deliver between 6am and 7pm.

How will my order be delivered?

We will deliver your order via our delivery vehicles if your order is one of our wooden buildings. For boxed products, we will deliver via a national carrier or one of our own delivery vehicles.

Will you assemble my garden building for me?

We offer assembling on selected buildings to certain postcodes. Please contact us to find out more.

Can I collect my order?

We do not allow customers to collect their orders from our warehouse / factory for their own safety.

Can I specify a date and time of delivery?

We will try to accommodate your request, but bear in mind that due to the frequency and complexity of our delivery routes, this is not always possible.

What if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

Our delivery personnel will leave a note to inform you about the attempted delivery and you will be able to arrange the delivery for another time. You can leave a note to our driver telling where to leave your order but it is up to his discretion to leave the items or not. If you are not available on the date of the delivery schedule, you can call our friendly sales representatives to request a change of delivery date.

What if my items arrived but there are damaged or missing parts?

Our delivery personnel will ask you to check if the items delivered are complete and in good quality before asking you to sign a delivery receipt. If damaged or missing parts are noticed, you need to note it properly. Please call our sales team representative to discuss rectification of a damaged or missing parts.
