Evolution Garden Room – Twin Room – Composite

The Evolution Garden Room comes with fixed timber windows as standard. These also come with toughened glass double glazing to lock the temperature in. The fixed windows are extra tall and give you excellent views of your garden and letting lots of natural light into your building.

We also offer the option to upgrade your fixed windows to opening windows so you can let in even more fresh air into your building. All of the opening windows come with casement stays and hinges as standard.

The Evolution Partition Wall comes with one opening side window as standard. You can choose this option to have an opening window on both sides.

The plain partition wall option gives you a plain partition wall with no doors, which means the main access to your side room is through the partition door in the front.

The partition wall with a single boarded door option allows you to enter the small side room from the inside through a door in the partition. You will also still have the partition door in the front for access.

The outer boarded partition door is included as standard, which gives you extra privacy and is ideal if you are planning on using your partition as a storeroom.

The glazed outer partition door gives you extra light and is perfect for a side entrance where you can see through the door. It is also double glazed a s standard.

If you are planning to use your building more frequently and have furniture items to add, then an 11mm floor is a more solid choice. It is constructed with engineered interlocking boards, giving you a stronger floor to walk on and store items. Our tongue and groove floors come untreated but with pressure treated joists as standard.

If you will be having heavier items, such as storage shelves and sofas, then a 19mm tongue and groove floor will support all of your items. The tongue and groove floor is untreated but comes with pressure treated joists to make them more resistant to ground moisture.

For the ultimate heavy duty floor, choosing our 28mm thickness will give you an extremely solid and extra durable floor which you can store heavy items, such as gym equipment and large furniture items. The 28mm thickness also offers superior strength and rigidity and is strong enough to support the weight of a van driving over it!

Adding guttering to your building is a great way to help reduce any water run-off down the sides of your building. This can help prevent any moisture ingress and any water pooling around your building, especially in particularly damp or exposed areas. You can also use your guttering to collect rainwater with a water butt, which is ideal if you have a lot of plants and need a lot of water during the dryer summer months.

Our Laminated flooring comes in packs of 2.39m lengths along with underlay.

Your building comes without a base as standard, where you will need to construct one from your own materials.

The timber base we supply is made from pressure treated timber. It is made to measure to perfectly fit your building size.

Some assembly is required and solid ground in the build area. Please ensure there is at least 1m clearance from any boundary on all sides.
